12 Week
Intensive Coaching Experience


This is a guided, one-on-one coaching journey designed to help you move from awareness to lasting transformation.

Over 12 weeks, you will be personally led through the Reframed Life process—helping you understand your patterns, reframe your thinking, and respond differently in your daily life.

Each week includes a 60-minute coaching session (in person or online), where we walk through your progress, process challenges, and apply the material directly to your life.

You will also have access to the full Reframed Life program, allowing you to engage with the content between sessions and integrate what you are learning in a practical, consistent way.

This journey is not just about information—it is about transformation. You will be supported, challenged, and guided as you build new patterns and step into a healthier, more grounded way of living.

Self-guided Coaching Experience 

The self-guided coaching journey designed to help you understand yourself more deeply and begin living differently from the inside out.

This is not about quick fixes or surface-level change.
It is a structured process that gently guides you through:

* understanding your personal story and patterns
* becoming aware of your thoughts and self-beliefs
* learning to recognise and process emotions
* identifying false perspectives that shape your experience
* reframing your thinking with truth
* recognising and interrupting old patterns
* building new ways of responding
* supporting your body and nervous system
* creating healthy rhythms and boundaries
* living with intention and identity
* developing resilience and purpose
* integrating what you’ve learned into everyday life

 

How It Works

Each week includes:

* A guided teaching session
* Simple, practical exercises
* Reflection prompts
* Grounding and breath practices
* Faith-based integration (optional but available throughout)

You move through the journey at your own pace, applying what you learn in your daily life while receiving input from the coach


 

Reframed
Coaching and Support Sessions

Our one-on-one coaching sessions provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can openly share, process, and work through the challenges you are facing.

These sessions are designed for individuals who may not want to complete the full Reframed Life program, but still desire personal support, guidance, perspective, and encouragement in specific areas of life.

Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, identity struggles, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, addiction recovery, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, these sessions are tailored to meet you where you are.

Together, we create space to explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences in a grounded and compassionate way—helping you gain clarity, process what you are carrying, and move forward with greater awareness and confidence.

Every journey is different, and these sessions are shaped around your personal needs, goals, and season of life.
