Coaching Services
Reframed Life Coaching provides wellness, personal growth, reflective guidance, and coaching support services intended to encourage emotional wellness, intentional living, and personal development.
Our services are supportive in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Client Responsibility
Clients understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that personal growth and outcomes depend on individual participation, honesty, commitment, and action.
Payments
Coaching services are paid in advance according to the selected coaching arrangement or monthly coaching structure.
Scheduling
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and communicating any scheduling conflicts as early as possible.
Confidentiality
Personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated respectfully and highly confidentially, except where disclosure may be required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, exercises, branding, downloadable resources, and website content remain the property of Reframed Life Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Changes to Services
Reframed Life Coaching reserves the right to modify services, offerings, pricing structures, and website content at any time.

By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Reframed Life Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Refund Policy
At Reframed Life Coaching, we are committed to providing intentional, supportive, and personalized coaching services.
Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved in reserving coaching spaces, all coaching payments are made in advance on a month-to-month basis.
Cancellation Before Coaching Begins
Clients who choose to cancel before the start of a scheduled coaching block may request:
* a refund of 70% of the amount paid, less applicable transaction or processing fees, OR
* a coaching credit to be used toward future coaching sessions at a later stage.
Coaching Credits
Where possible, Reframed Life Coaching encourages clients to retain their payment as a coaching credit. This allows flexibility for clients to resume their coaching journey when they are ready.
Coaching credits remain valid for 6 months from the original payment date unless otherwise agreed upon.
Once Coaching Has Started
Once a coaching block or guided program has commenced, refunds will generally not be issued due to the personalized and time-based nature of coaching services.
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Reframed Life Coaching in exceptional circumstances.
Missed Sessions
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without reasonable notice may be forfeited.
